The journal Informatics. Culture. Technology adheres to the principles of open diamond access, which provides free full access to all published materials for users without any financial, technical, or legal barriers. All articles and journal issues are freely available for reading, downloading, copying, distribution, and use in accordance with the licensing terms.

Submission, editorial processing, peer review, and publication of articles are free of charge for all authors, including third-cycle higher education students (Doctor of Philosophy / PhD candidates), regardless of the funding model of their studies or the conditions under which the research was conducted.

The journal ensures equal conditions of consideration and peer review for all submitted materials, regardless of the author’s status or the sources of research funding.
