Author Responsibility

 

By submitting articles to the journal Informatics. Culture. Technology, authors assume full responsibility for compliance with the copyrights of other individuals and organizations, the accuracy of cited quotations, data, and illustrations, the non-disclosure of state or official secrets, and express their consent to transfer to the editorial board, free of charge, the rights to publish, translate into foreign languages, preserve, and distribute the article materials in any form.

 

Authors holding academic degrees, by submitting articles to the journal, also express their consent to serve free of charge as reviewers of articles by other authors upon request of the editorial board within the period established by the journal.

 

Articles submitted to the journal must be original, new, and of interest to the journal’s readership, have well-grounded motivation and purpose, must not have been previously published, and must not be under consideration for publication in other journals or publications.

 

Articles must not contain trivial or obvious results, make unfounded conclusions, or repeat conclusions of previously published studies.

2. Requirements for Authors

 

The editorial board requires submission of the following documents:

  • an electronic version of the article formatted in accordance with the journal requirements (see details);

  • a signed consent form for the processing of personal data.

 

Each manuscript, provided that the full package of documents has been submitted, may be published in the nearest issue of the journal after external peer review and a positive decision by the editorial board.

 

Authors must deposit the research data underlying the article in recognized institutional, national, or international repositories that comply with the FAIR principles. A digital identifier must be obtained for each dataset.


 

3. Review Timeframes

  • average time for initial editorial review — up to 10 days;

  • average time for external peer review — up to 2 months;

  • average time to publication — up to 3 months.

 

All manuscripts undergo mandatory plagiarism screening using the StrikePlagiarism service.

 


 

4. Receipt of Journal Copies

 

Postal Delivery

 

Printed copies of the journal may be ordered separately at the authors’ request. They may be sent by post or delivered personally to the address specified by the author (postal code, city/town, region/district, recipient’s full name, mobile phone number).

 

The production of copies and their postal delivery are carried out at the expense of the заказчик בהתאם to the actual costs of printing and delivery.

 

Electronic Delivery

 

Digital materials may be sent to the author’s email address. In this case, contact details must be provided fully and accurately.


 

5. Conditions for Manuscript Submission

 

Submission of a manuscript to the journal means that the authors confirm:

  • that the article complies with all journal requirements and ethical standards;

  • that they hold exclusive copyright to the submitted material;

  • that the article has not been previously published and is not under consideration by other journals or conference proceedings;

  • that the material does not contain information prohibited from open publication.

 

Articles that do not meet these requirements will not be considered and will be rejected.


 

6. Copyright and Licensing

 

Authors retain copyright to their works and grant the journal the right of first publication. All articles are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license.

 

The license permits non-commercial use, distribution, and reproduction of materials, provided proper attribution is given to the authors, the journal, and the license.

 

No additional legal or technical restrictions are applied.


 

7. Privacy Policy

 

Names and email addresses of users are used exclusively for the editorial and technical operation of the journal and are not shared with third parties.

  • reviewers are required to maintain the confidentiality of materials;

  • information provided by authors is not disclosed to third parties;

  • contact details are used solely for editorial communication.
